At the time that the idea of this book came to me I was looking for a prayer book that I could use to help a friend who was experiencing difficulties in his life. None that I found appealed so it was that I decided to write my own prayers in order to make a direct contribution to his well-being. The prayers that I wrote for him helped to change outcomes. Consequently I decided to write more prayers to help other people and subsequently to create a book which would make the prayers more widely available. There are different ways to use this book. Use one poem a day as a statement of intention or in prayerful form and work your way through the whole book; open the book at random and see which prayer calls to you; or simply ask each day for what you require and see what miracles and magic the rose prayers can facilitate in your life. Later you may decide to repeat the poems in whatever order seems right for you. Perhaps dedicating the month to increasing the levels of peace and harmony in your life will help amplify the rose energy. The dedication can be to anything you wish, whatever is relevant in your life at the time. The rose angels and archangels are ever ready to help us. They are only waiting to receive a clear request. Once the rose angelic beings receive a lucid appeal it enables them to take action to help us! So think of this special 33 days as your own private time, a period you deserve to have away from the stresses and strains of everyday living. The rose prayers assist in the development of personal creativity, thereby stimulating individuality and innovation. Utilising them brings out a sense of inner trust which helps the participant to bypass the rational mind and to journey to the central core of being. The sacred poems provide a platform for improving health, happiness and general well being. Recording your experiences in a special diary is just one way to chart the changes. Another way is to develop a book of drawings, or cut-outs, which link to the prayers. After a time the brain begins to accept what it sees as reality and gradually the changes begin to manifest. If it is not possible for you to remember the words of the poems in a general sense when you close your eyes, then make your own recording and listen to the cadence of the words. Or simply read the sequence three times, then close your eyes and let the poem take you to somewhere that is absolutely your own sacred space. If you believe in the power of the rose prayers they will certainly make a positive difference in your life. Everyone who feels so inclined can choose to experience the beauty of life, the comfort of roses and the energy of expansiveness. And most of all - enjoy the journey!
